Krish (NTR) is the only son of a multi-millionaire industrialist and his girlfriend is Indu (Samantha). Indu's friend is Bhoomi (Kajal Agarwal). Bhoomi's father (Prakash Raj) forces her to get into wedlock but she wants to continue her studies. Hence she lies to her father that she is already in love with a guy and her father wants to meet her boy friend. Indu asks Krish to act as boyfriend of Bhoomi. Nanda Gopal is a goodie-goodie guy, married to a lovable wife and also has a kid whom they adopt from an orphanage. Krishna Lanka is an island in Godari districts. The only way of commuting to that island is by boats. Lots of people die due to bad whether conditions while they travel. Krishna Lanka's President Bullebbai (Vijay Kumar) wants to have a bridge to that island which costs several crores. He asks his IAS friend Venkata Ratnam (Prakash Raj) to make his dream come true. Even 20 years after Venkata Ratnam leaving the village, there is no news about the bridge. Bullebbai sends his son Chandu (Ravi Teja) to Hyderabad to meet Venkata Ratnam and know the progress. After coming to Hyderabad, Chandu realizes that Venkata Ratnam is very money-minded and is least bothered about bridge. Raju (Chiranjeevi) runs between New Zealand, where he owns a restaurant, and India to run a home for orphans started in his sister's name. Swapna (Rambha) is a student in New Zealand, staying with her uncle. Once she goes looking for Raju to take him to task for thrashing her friend. On coming to know that Raju was not at fault, she promptly falls in love with him. After that the scene shifts to India when Raju goes there to look after the 'home'. There he saves a pregnant woman, Sandhya (Rachana) from committing suicide. On learning about her jilted love affair, he decides to help her out. He convinces her that he would act as her husband till the baby is born, whereupon he would leave her, so that she could live with her child in the society peacefully as a deserted wife.

Venkat comes from Vaizag to Hyderabad in search of job. Alivelu also joins in the same company whose managing director is M.S. Narayana. Company provides accommodation for both of them on temporary-share basis! They fall into trouble when a gang of Omkar runs after a person who holds the key map of a quest and that person leaves that info with the girl Alivelu incidentally at the time of chase which is she unaware of. To get the clue that gang tries to fix her somewhere on her way to the office. Venkat and Alivelu approach police to complain about the threat, horrified by the attempt of mobsters. The police inspector who tries to save the couple dies in that effort making the situation yet worse. How they get out of the trouble is the remaining story.

Pruthvi (Nitin) & Sashank (Sashank) are the leaders of two warring students groups in a Hyderabad college. They are fond of Rugby game and they sort the things out between them by playing Rugby to prove superiority.
